Shipping and Handling is included for all sales in the U.S. All orders are shipped in the order received via USPS Priority Mail. Since many items are "Worn to Order", most orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment has cleared. If there is going to be a delay, I will post a notice on the website or contact you by email.
Due to the personal nature of my items, I am unable to offer refunds for any reason. If you should happen to receive a defective CD or DVD, I will gladly replace it with the same title at no charge.
